Group Head
The Group Head at WPP Media is responsible for leading the planning and execution of innovative brand experiences for key clients. This role focuses on creating impactful on-ground and technology-enabled activations that align with brand objectives. The position is based in Bangalore, India, and reports to the Senior Business Director - Strategy.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic media plans, overseeing the execution of brand activations and live events, and integrating emerging technologies such as AR/VR, gaming, and interactive installations into campaigns. The Group Head will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of projects and maintain high standards of creativity and innovation.
Candidates should possess 6-8 years of experience in experiential or integrated agencies, with a strong background in events, activations, brand launches, and experiential campaigns. A working understanding of emerging technologies is essential. The role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for bridging creativity with technology to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
