Growth Manager
Metropolis is seeking a Growth Manager to serve as the commercial engine for our secondary markets. This role involves strategic partnership with Regional Managers to qualify leads, follow up on stalled deals, and navigate internal processes such as underwriting, legal, and deal structuring to ensure deals reach completion. The Growth Manager acts as the primary commercial partner to Regional Managers, unblocking deals and driving aggressive targets.

The role also involves partnering daily with Regional Managers to manage the sales funnel, ensuring no opportunity stalls, conducting full audits of existing locations to develop strategies for unblocking and launching remaining opportunities, managing the end-to-end approval flow for secondary market deals, and maintaining impeccable data integrity in Salesforce for executive reporting.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in a high-growth tech or real estate environment. They should possess experience navigating complex organizations and pushing contracts through without causing friction, the ability to identify winning deals within a complex pipeline, build immediate credibility with Operations teams, understand Salesforce hygiene and pipeline management, and thrive in ambiguity by auditing legacy data to build new, organized systems from scratch.
