Candidates should have over two years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong foundation in paid creative strategy, content strategy, or performance marketing. A keen creative and editorial eye is essential, along with demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI-powered workflows for content production. Proficiency in paid media creative best practices and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also required.
Block offers a competitive salary range for this position, varying by location. For example, in Zone A, the salary ranges from $111,700 to $167,500 annually.
