Territory Account Executive, Brisbane
Square is seeking a Territory Account Executive to join our dynamic field sales team in Brisbane. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence within the local market, directly engaging with businesses to promote Square's comprehensive suite of financial and commerce solutions. As a key player in our mission of economic empowerment, you will be instrumental in helping local merchants thrive by leveraging our innovative products and services.
In this role, you will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, actively engaging with local businesses through face-to-face interactions. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting discovery sessions, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and closing deals that encompass Square's full ecosystem. Building and maintaining strong relationships with local sellers, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience and foster ongoing partnerships to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience, particularly in field sales roles. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, managing complex deals, and selling a diverse range of products is essential. Strong business development skills, including proficiency in hunting and cold calling, are required. Candidates must reside in the Brisbane area and possess reliable transportation to effectively cover the assigned territory.
