Collaboration with Engineering and Data Science teams is essential to ensure proper instrumentation and actionable insights.

Candidates should have 3–10+ years of product management experience, particularly in conversion optimization and direct-to-consumer funnels. A strong understanding of customer psychology and behavioral economics is important, along with proficiency in tools like headless CMS platforms, Mixpanel, and A/B testing software. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and values high-quality design in healthcare settings.
