The Performance Analyst (CRM Operations) at Grupo QuintoAndar is responsible for managing and evolving the CRM system used by the accreditation team, ensuring operational workflows function correctly, proposing continuous improvements, and acting as a bridge between operations and product teams for adjustments and new solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining the accreditation team's CRM (Airtable), ensuring the proper functioning of operational workflows within the CRM, identifying opportunities for process and workflow improvements, structuring and implementing CRM enhancements in partnership with product and engineering teams, acting as a liaison between operational and product teams for tool adjustments and new requirements, supporting the creation and adaptation of operational workflows within the CRM, monitoring data quality and organization, and supporting automation initiatives and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have an analytical and organized profile, ease in structuring processes and workflows, good communication skills to work between operations and product teams, comfort with CRM tools or databases (e.g., Airtable, Hubspot, Salesforce), and a continuous improvement mindset. Experience with Airtable, operations or marketplace teams, and automation or no/low-code tools are considered differentiators.
