The Account Manager - Hunter at Grupo QuintoAndar is responsible for leading active prospecting and market development in priority regions and segments. This role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and approaching partners with high business generation potential. The position requires building a pipeline of opportunities through market intelligence, networking, referrals, and outbound strategies. The Account Manager will conduct consultative commercial conversations to understand the context, potential, challenges, and partnership fit. Additionally, the role involves fieldwork to strengthen local presence and market relationships, testing and refining hunting approaches, and collaborating with Growth, Operations, Strategy, and Product teams to evolve the value proposition and operational model. The Account Manager will also help structure playbooks, best practices, and routines to transform learnings into replicable capabilities.
Candidates should have prior experience in prospecting and developing relationships with external partners, with the ability to nurture and develop partnerships sustainably over time. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalents) for pipeline management and contact cadence is essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, with the ability to influence and engage various partner profiles. An analytical and results-oriented profile is necessary, focusing on goals, performance, and acquisition efficiency. Autonomy, organization, and adaptability are crucial for operating in a dynamic environment with high volume and fast pace.
