The Operations team at QuintoAndar is integral to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Within the Inspections vertical, the Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and regional specialists, translating data insights into actionable strategies that drive national results. This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills and autonomy to tackle complex problems, converting diagnoses into real solutions that directly impact our operations.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks and regional behavior patterns, such as operational conversion rates and loss funnels. The Analyst will develop and maintain dynamic dashboards in Google Sheets and BI tools, ensuring visibility and reliability of results. Additionally, they will perform sanity checks and diagnostic analyses to provide regional specialists with accurate inputs for decision-making, prepare performance reports translating complex metrics into actionable plans, and identify opportunities for optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including the ability to create complex formulas, dynamic dashboards, and handle large datasets. A critical analytical mindset is essential, with experience in correlational analysis and autonomous data investigation to diagnose root causes behind indicators. Strong stakeholder management skills are required to handle multiple demands from different areas and strategically align priorities with leadership. A sense of ownership and technical rigor is necessary to perform validations and sanity checks before final project delivery. Experience in dynamic, high-performance environments is also expected.
