The Senior Collections Policy Analyst at Grupo QuintoAndar plays a pivotal role within the Risk area, focusing on evaluating and managing the risks associated with granting credit to clients and partners. This position is integral to analyzing clients' financial capacities, establishing effective collection policies, and implementing strategies to mitigate potential losses due to defaults or fraud. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing segmented collection workflows tailored to various delinquency stages, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and return on investment. The role involves leading A/B testing and Champion-Challenger methodologies to validate new approaches and communication channels. Additionally, the analyst will analyze delinquent customer behavior to identify default drivers, anticipate risk trends, and define critical metrics such as Roll Rates, Recovery Effectiveness, Recovery Curves, and Cost to Collect. Acting as the technical focal point, the analyst will collaborate with Credit Risk, Operations, and IT teams to drive policy evolution.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, along with a solid track record in Collections Strategy and the Credit Cycle. Proficiency in data manipulation tools, with mandatory knowledge of SQL and preferably Python, is required. A deep understanding of statistics applied to strategy testing, including A/B testing, is essential. Advanced Excel skills for scenario modeling and executive-level presentations are necessary. The role demands sharp business acumen, strong negotiation skills with cross-functional teams, a hands-on approach to complex analysis, and advanced English proficiency.
