Key responsibilities include evaluating and recommending tailored credit options based on individual client profiles, analyzing documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy, and inputting data into financial institutions' platforms. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date internal processes, supporting the customer service team with technical inquiries, closely monitoring clients' banking journeys to ensure smooth transactions, contesting credit or legal analyses when necessary, and ensuring correct payments to all parties involved upon process completion.
Candidates should possess a completed or ongoing higher education degree and have at least one year of prior experience in real estate credit. Proficiency with credit platforms of banks such as Itaú, Santander, Bradesco, and/or Caixa Econômica Federal is essential, along with a solid understanding of FGTS regulations applicable to real estate financing. Desired certifications include CA-300 or CA-600, LGPD, and PLDFT. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a sense of urgency, commitment, time management abilities, and a proactive approach to improving customer experience are also required.
