The BizOps Performance Specialist at Grupo QuintoAndar plays a pivotal role within the Business Operations team, focusing on accelerating results for the company's rental and sales units. This position involves leading strategic projects, generating insights, and ensuring the company consistently meets its growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading and executing end-to-end strategic projects with minimal supervision, producing strategic insights, developing consistent plans to achieve shared objectives, managing multidisciplinary projects to ensure alignment and execution, and preparing and presenting structured documents to support decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or managing large-scale complex projects. An advanced analytical profile with proven ability to deeply diagnose problems and propose solutions is essential. Proficiency in English for reading and drafting strategic documents, reports, and executive presentations is required. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) for modeling and analyzing managerial data is necessary. High autonomy and proactivity, along with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple workflows and dynamic deadlines, are also important. Knowledge of SQL is considered a relevant differential for autonomy in data extraction.
