Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of complex strategic projects that directly impact property supply. The specialist is expected to identify operational bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. Rigorous data analysis is essential to validate test effectiveness and inform leadership decisions. The role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders to align expectations and ensure smooth execution of multidisciplinary initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will develop and maintain organized roadmaps, translating broad objectives into actionable and measurable plans, and research market trends and new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, to continuously modernize sales operations.
Candidates should have solid experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or managing large-scale complex projects. An advanced analytical profile is crucial, with proven ability to deeply diagnose problems and propose solutions. Professional proficiency in English is required for reading and drafting strategic documents, reports, and executive presentations. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) for modeling and analyzing managerial data is necessary. The role demands high autonomy and proactivity, with the capability to deliver results without constant supervision. Excellent organizational skills are needed to manage multiple workflows and dynamic deadlines. Knowledge of SQL is considered a relevant advantage for autonomous data extraction.
