Grupo QuintoAndar | City Growth Manager - Porto Alegre/Curitiba

The City Growth Manager will lead QuintoAndar's expansion efforts in Porto Alegre and Curitiba, focusing on increasing market share and property listings. This role is part of the City Growth Roadmap (CGRM) team, which is responsible for accelerating growth in cities with low market penetration. QuintoAndar is the largest real estate ecosystem in Latin America, dedicated to transforming the housing experience through technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities include adapting and executing growth strategies tested in other cities to the local context of Porto Alegre and Curitiba. The manager will identify and implement initiatives to increase property listings through partnerships with local real estate agencies, marketing campaigns, and offline channels. Collaboration with marketing, operations, product, and analytics teams is essential to test hypotheses, monitor performance indicators, and refine strategies. Additionally, the role involves developing a scalable playbook for future city expansions and engaging directly with local stakeholders to understand operational challenges and opportunities.

Candidates should have experience in strategy, operations, or business expansion, with a proven track record in ambiguous environments. Strong analytical skills to handle both quantitative and qualitative data are required. Experience in project management or leading cross-functional initiatives is essential. Familiarity with field operations, growth strategies, or the real estate sector is desirable. Leadership experience is also important for this role.
