Grupo QuintoAndar is seeking a Data Engineer Manager to lead the next phase of data maturity across its Classifieds business in multiple countries. This role involves overseeing both the BI Back-end and BI Front-end teams, ensuring data reliability, scalability, and accessibility. The successful candidate will transform raw data into actionable intelligence, supporting strategic decision-making across Commercial, Product, Finance, and Leadership teams.
Key responsibilities include leading the BI Back-end team to ensure data availability and consistency, defining best practices for data modeling and governance, and improving data performance and scalability. Additionally, the role involves managing the BI Front-end team to develop clear and actionable dashboards and reports, ensuring consistent metric definitions, and promoting a culture of self-service analytics within the organization.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data, Strategy, or related fields, preferably in high-growth or complex, multi-country environments. A strong understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, BI tools, and analytics best practices is essential. The role requires analytical rigor, leadership and influence, execution and ownership, collaboration, and effective communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory.
