As an Especialista de Negócios - Dados at Grupo QuintoAndar, you will play a pivotal role in the Operations team of our Marketplace division. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of properties listed by our partner real estate agencies. Your day-to-day activities will include tracking conversion funnels, identifying gaps, and implementing strategies to enhance conversion rates. You will also manage projects aimed at improving these metrics, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience in managing sales funnels and developing performance dashboards is highly desirable. Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating with various teams and driving projects to completion.
