As an Especialista de Privacidade at Grupo QuintoAndar, you will play a pivotal role in executing the company's Privacy and AI Governance Program. This position is integral to ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and promoting ethical AI practices within a fast-paced technology environment. The role is part of the Privacy, IP & AI Ethics team, which is dedicated to safeguarding data privacy and fostering responsible AI usage across the organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing legal aspects of Data Processing Records (RoPA), assessing Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) of varying complexity. You will identify privacy risks, manage these risks in accordance with the company's Privacy Program policies, and monitor the correct application of privacy processes by employees. Additionally, you will support the development and delivery of training programs on Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property, and assist in reviewing and negotiating privacy-related clauses with partners and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Law with a minimum of four years of experience, including at least two years of practical experience in Privacy and Artificial Intelligence. Proficiency in Contract Law is essential, and certifications in Privacy, as well as practical knowledge in Intellectual Property, are considered advantageous. The role requires a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
