The Senior Planning and Performance Manager for Classifieds LATAM at Grupo QuintoAndar will lead the B2B Planning team, connecting strategy, performance, and execution to ensure sustainable growth and financial discipline. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting critical decisions through structured planning, advanced analyses, and robust governance of results.
Key responsibilities include leading revenue and cost forecasting cycles (monthly, quarterly, and annually), conducting budgeting, reforecasting, and medium to long-term planning processes across multiple countries, and developing robust financial models with sensitivity analyses and strategic trade-offs. The role also involves defining, monitoring, and evolving key B2B business KPIs, leading performance analyses to identify risks and opportunities, and ensuring the creation and maintenance of executive dashboards and decision-oriented narratives. Additionally, the manager will oversee B2B business cost governance, lead resource allocation discussions, evaluate ROI and financial impact of major initiatives, and mentor planning analysts to ensure high performance and technical development.
Candidates should have solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Strategy, Consulting, or analytical areas, with a background in team leadership and senior stakeholder management. Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills are essential, along with fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is considered a plus.
