As the Operational Loss Protection Manager at Grupo QuintoAndar, you will lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to mitigating risks, optimizing our partner ecosystem, and safeguarding our operations. This role is central to our Growth team, directly impacting our bottom line and market reputation by ensuring operational excellence and data security.
Your primary responsibilities will include proactively identifying and monitoring operational anomalies such as financial losses, data leaks, partner misconduct, and quality issues. You will build and refine automated monitoring systems, manage official reporting channels, conduct thorough investigations, and enforce appropriate consequence management. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies that transition our operations from reactive problem-solving to proactive, scalable governance.
We are seeking a versatile leader with a proven ability to set a clear vision for a centralized operational team, balancing analytical guidance with team development and a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have solid experience utilizing data methodologies to address complex business challenges, a strong track record in fast-paced operational environments, and exceptional stakeholder management skills across diverse teams such as Legal, Tech, Operations, and Fraud. Effective internal communication skills are essential to clearly convey complex operational requirements and strategic initiatives.
