The Coordinator of Inside Sales at QuintoAndar will lead a team of analysts responsible for managing property listings to increase volume and improve liquidity. This role involves defining strategies to achieve team goals, maintaining team engagement and motivation, developing team members to meet targets, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, the coordinator will identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and promote a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities include supervising the analysts' work, setting and executing strategies to meet team objectives, ensuring the team remains motivated, and developing personnel to achieve desired outcomes. The role also entails managing relationships with primary stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes to achieve greater and more efficient results. Promoting a high-performance environment and delivering results are essential aspects of this position.
Candidates should have proven experience in sales and team leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze data and prepare reports. Experience in project execution, a results-oriented approach, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are also required. A relevant academic background or related courses are desirable. Availability for a hybrid work model, with in-person attendance in Belo Horizonte four times a month, is necessary.
