Grupo QuintoAndar, the largest real estate ecosystem in Latin America, is seeking a PR Lead for Corporate Communications to join our Communications team in São Paulo. This individual contributor role focuses on crafting narratives that highlight the positive impact of our digital transformation in the real estate industry. The position operates within a hybrid work model, requiring in-person attendance at our São Paulo office on select days each month.
The PR Lead will be responsible for planning, building, and executing creative and proactive communications campaigns aimed at protecting and enhancing our reputation. This includes managing media relations, developing content for press, social media, and events, and coordinating spokesperson support by preparing executives for interviews and public speaking engagements. Additionally, the role involves advising internal stakeholders on communication strategies to support business objectives.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in an in-house communications team, PR agency, or news outlet. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish being a plus. Prior experience in the Brazilian tech, research, or policy sectors is advantageous. Key competencies include the ability to identify news opportunities, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, experience advising senior executives, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
