Grupo QuintoAndar, the largest real estate ecosystem in Latin America, is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Coordinator to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing sales operations through strategic analyses and process automation. This role is pivotal in improving commercial productivity and decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights and scalable operational routines. The position offers a remote-first work model, allowing candidates to reside anywhere in Brazil, with optional access to São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.
The Sales Operations Senior Coordinator will be responsible for managing and developing a diverse team, ranging from interns to senior specialists, providing clear guidance, regular feedback, and career development support. Key responsibilities include conducting quantitative, strategic commercial analyses to support initiatives aimed at increasing sales productivity, analyzing the full sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and data-driven sales operations processes. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the automation of key commercial routines such as target setting, quota allocation, commissions calculation, and performance tracking, ensuring consistency and accuracy in sales data across the organization.
Candidates should have proven experience in Sales Operations or related commercial excellence roles, with strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of SQL (BigQuery) and data manipulation tools like Excel or Google Sheets. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to navigate complex environments, and influence non-analytical audiences. A strong business acumen to connect operational tasks to revenue growth and strategic goals is essential. Proficiency in English is necessary for creating documents and participating in global forums. Previous experience leading or mentoring teams is considered a plus.
