Grupo QuintoAndar is seeking a Senior Information Security Specialist to enhance its Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities. The Senior Information Security Specialist will be responsible for evolving the Information Security strategic plan based on risk exposure, maturity levels, and business impact. Key duties include conducting comprehensive risk management processes, leading initiatives such as policy development, third-party cyber risk assessments, incident governance, AI governance, and cyber resilience programs. The role also involves performing maturity assessments using frameworks like NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, CIS, and SOX, and translating findings into actionable plans.
Candidates must possess at least seven years of experience in Information Security GRC within complex, technology-driven environments. Essential qualifications include practical expertise in risk management, governance, policy development, audits, and third-party risk management. A deep understanding of frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001/27002, CIS, and SOX is required, along with the ability to evaluate security controls effectively. Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is also necessary.
