The Senior Manager - Commercial Hunting (Classifieds) at Grupo QuintoAndar will lead the development of the Marketplace Hunter area, focusing on active prospecting and strategic offer design. This role is pivotal in enhancing cross-sell and bundling strategies to increase contract value and product adherence from acquisition.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a sales playbook for outbound and inbound strategies, creating and optimizing solution bundles tailored to various market segments, and empowering the team to identify cross-selling opportunities during prospecting and closing phases. The role also involves establishing and monitoring critical KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and product take rates.
Candidates should possess strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to assess the profitability of different product combinations and their impact on the sales cycle. Experience in managing commercial teams focused on new business development, expertise in cross-sell and bundling strategies, and a proven track record in building commercial processes from the ground up are essential. Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools is also required.
