As an SMB Account Executive at Grupo QuintoAndar, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of small and medium-sized real estate agencies in Mexico City. Your primary objective is to ensure client retention and enhance portfolio value through strategic consulting and the adoption of premium visibility solutions.

Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities within a broad range of accounts to upgrade listings to higher visibility levels, thereby increasing client ROI. Additionally, you will deliver value-focused presentations emphasizing performance metrics and visibility to a dynamic and extensive client base.

To excel in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or business development, preferably in digital, SaaS, or real estate environments. Strong organizational skills are essential to handle a high volume of daily contacts efficiently. Effective communication skills are crucial for simplifying technological concepts into clear, profitable sales arguments for SMB clients. Familiarity with strategic areas and real estate dynamics in Mexico City and its metropolitan area is also important.
