The Team Leader SMB at Grupo QuintoAndar is responsible for leading and coaching a team of Account Managers focused on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This role ensures the team meets portfolio growth and net retention objectives by executing the national commercial playbook with discipline. Grupo QuintoAndar is the largest real estate ecosystem in Latin America, offering a diversified portfolio of brands and solutions across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities include conducting field coaching sessions to enhance sales pitches and objection handling, monitoring daily performance indicators such as conversion rates and call volumes, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline by prioritizing high-potential accounts. The Team Leader also oversees retention and monetization strategies by supervising recovery routines for at-risk accounts, ensuring the promotion of appropriate product mixes to maximize average revenue per account, and analyzing client behavior trends to adjust team approaches accordingly.
The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience leading commercial or account management teams, preferably in technology, SaaS, or digital classifieds sectors. They should possess a data-driven mindset, capable of making decisions based on metrics and translating reports into actionable commercial strategies. Strong leadership skills are essential to motivate teams in high-volume transactional environments, along with a solid understanding of the competitive landscape in Mexico City.
