The GTM Operations Manager at RADAR will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth within major retail brands by developing and executing personalized campaigns, supporting product launches, and enabling sales teams. This position involves coordinating Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, assisting in launching solutions tailored to retail challenges, and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels. The role also includes sales enablement, content creation, cross-functional coordination, and event support.

Key responsibilities encompass supporting the development and execution of ABM campaigns for priority retail accounts, coordinating personalized outreach across multiple channels, and assisting in launching solutions addressing retail pain points such as inventory visibility and store operations. The manager will also work closely with the marketing team to build tailored sales materials, partner with sales to customize messaging for top accounts, and drive pipeline generation strategies. Additional duties include coordinating the creation of industry-specific content, maintaining a library of modular content for quick personalization, aligning with GTM leadership on priorities, tracking deliverables across campaigns, and supporting the execution of retail events and trade shows.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in B2B Sales Operations, preferably within SaaS or retail technology sectors, with exposure to ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential, along with familiarity with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and a deep understanding of retail operations and challenges.
