Radar is seeking a Systems Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of system-level features, guiding them from ideation through implementation, testing, debugging, and customer release. This role is integral to delivering high-quality features to customers and involves close collaboration with embedded software, cloud, and hardware engineering teams to ensure seamless integration. As a Systems Engineer at Radar, you will be at the forefront of transforming the in-store experience by leveraging RFID and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities include defining and triaging feature problems through test data analysis, writing detailed and testable feature requirements with well-defined acceptance criteria, and creating and executing plans for feature problem resolution and release. You will also be responsible for conducting data analyses using Python and SQL to understand feature performance in the field and coordinating cross-functional efforts to align stakeholders with different technical backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline, with 3 to 5 years of experience working on integrated hardware and software products. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Python.
