Senior Associate, Program Management, Deployment Operations
The Senior Specialist, Program Management (Deployment Operations) at RADAR is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the company's fleet deployment program. This role involves scheduling, resource allocation, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient deployment across numerous sites and teams. The position requires a systems-oriented mindset to establish structured and repeatable processes that enhance execution predictability and streamline cross-functional handoffs.
Key responsibilities include managing deployment schedules across multiple customer rollout programs, maintaining visibility into pipelines and in-flight deployments, and balancing field resource allocation to maximize throughput. The role also involves identifying and escalating scheduling risks, serving as the primary coordination point between Deployment Operations and other teams, and partnering with various departments to align on deployment timelines and logistics dependencies. Additionally, the Senior Specialist is tasked with driving continuous improvement of scheduling and issue tracking, developing reporting tools, and maintaining standardized templates and operating routines.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in program management, operations coordination, or deployment operations, with hands-on ownership of execution tools and workflows. Strong organizational and scheduling skills are essential, as is experience managing vendor deliverables in fast-paced environments. Financial fluency, proven ability to drive cross-functional coordination, and strong written communication skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in retail store deployments, familiarity with RFID or IoT environments, and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP.
The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $144,000, with individual pay determined by factors such as location, skills, experience, and education.
