As the Head of Alliance Sales for the Google Choreograph Partnership at WPP Media, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of alliance sales initiatives across North America. This pivotal role involves developing and nurturing high-impact partnerships with Google and other key stakeholders, driving joint business opportunities, and expanding Choreograph’s footprint in the digital strategy and planning ecosystem. Your leadership will align Choreograph’s advanced data and technology solutions with Google’s platforms, enabling breakthrough media and marketing outcomes for clients.

In this role, you will develop and execute alliance sales strategies with Google and other strategic partners to drive joint business growth and client impact. Responsibilities include building and nurturing senior-level relationships with Google, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify and activate new partnership opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams to architect and deliver integrated solutions leveraging Choreograph’s data, technology, and media capabilities, influence go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful activation of partnership initiatives, including joint marketing, product launches, and client engagements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in alliance sales, partnership management, or business development within digital media, technology, or data-driven marketing organizations. A proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships with major technology platforms, particularly Google, is essential. Strong understanding of digital strategy, media planning, and data-driven marketing solutions, along with exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior executive levels, are required. Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex partnership initiatives from ideation to execution is also necessary.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $230,000 USD annually.
