Head of Americas Strategic Sales
Dremio is seeking a Head of Americas Strategic Sales to spearhead its new Strategic Sales segment, focusing on high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation opportunities. This pivotal role involves directly managing five named strategic accounts while building and leading the segment as it scales. The position is based in the New York/New Jersey region and requires 25–50% travel to support executive engagement and enterprise pursuits.
The Head of Americas Strategic Sales will own and close complex, multi-quarter, and multi-year enterprise sales cycles across the assigned strategic accounts. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive account strategies, driving disciplined qualification standards, maintaining high-confidence forecast accuracy, and arranging executive-level discussions and events. The role also entails serving as the executive quarterback across various departments, leading internal deal strategy sessions, generating pipelines through targeted outreach, and mentoring senior Enterprise Account Executives.
Candidates should possess over 10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of closing $1M+ ACV transactions and achieving $2M+ ARR quotas in complex environments. Experience selling into Fortune 500/Global 2000 organizations and engaging with C-level stakeholders is essential. The role requires strong political navigation, multi-threading, and enterprise deal orchestration skills, along with the ability to self-source pipelines and operate in a disciplined, outbound-driven environment. A BA/BS degree is preferred.
