The Head of Artist Accounts at Ceremony of Roses is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding a team of Account Managers to deliver strategic and results-driven solutions for top global artists. This position reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a pivotal role in the company's rapidly growing merchandise operations.

Key responsibilities include creating a supportive leadership environment by educating and inspiring Account Managers, setting clear performance expectations, and holding team members accountable. The role involves partnering with Account Managers on key client accounts, representing the organization in new business and client review settings, and utilizing data-driven insights to set financial goals and maximize revenue across all channels. Maintaining strong cross-functional communication across various teams and leading structured team routines are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading high-performing teams, preferably within the music merchandising industry. A track record of fostering a positive culture, developing team members, and setting high standards is crucial. The role requires dynamic and creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate must be capable of multitasking, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
