Head of Classical Music

As Head of Classical Music at SUPRAPHON, you will lead the development and promotion of our esteemed classical music catalogue. Collaborating closely with artists, partners, and our editorial board, you will oversee projects from conception to release, ensuring that SUPRAPHON's legacy continues to inspire audiences worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include managing production processes, preparing contracts and budgets, and overseeing release documentation. You will actively participate in the editorial board, proposing and shaping new recording opportunities. Additionally, you will represent SUPRAPHON at meetings, festivals, and international events, and support project financing through fundraising and creative partnerships.

We are seeking a candidate with a deep passion for classical music and a strong understanding of both international and Czech repertoire. Extensive experience across the full lifecycle of classical recordings, from initial concept to publication, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build meaningful relationships, and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
