Head of Global CDD & KYC Operations

Adyen is seeking a Global Head of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) & Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations to lead a global team of over 130 professionals. This senior leadership role involves overseeing teams responsible for onboarding and periodic reviews of direct customers, indirect customers, and franchisees. The department operates across regional reporting structures in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, with offices in Amsterdam, Madrid, Singapore, Bangalore, Chicago, San Francisco, and São Paulo. The role requires a blend of commercial acumen and technical compliance expertise to drive the company's aggressive growth objectives.
