Head of Global People Operations

Banyan Software is seeking a Head of Global People Operations to lead the development and implementation of an AI-driven global people operations engine. This role involves designing and delivering core people infrastructure, including HR and talent acquisition systems, workflows, compensation processes, data analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. The position requires collaboration across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and other business units to build infrastructure and intelligent processes that support better decision-making and sustained growth.
