Experian is seeking a Head of Global Workplace GenAI to lead the development and management of its workplace generative AI platforms, starting with ChatGPT Enterprise. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe operation, governance, adoption, and value realization of these platforms, which are designed to enhance employee productivity on a global scale. The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Experian Digital Workplace and offers the flexibility of remote work, with some travel to Experian offices as needed.

The primary responsibilities include serving as the global platform owner for ChatGPT Enterprise, overseeing platform operations, configuration, and ongoing management. The role involves managing the release cycle of OpenAI capabilities, conducting evaluations, governance reviews, and coordinating testing and readiness. Collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Information Security teams is essential to ensure responsible use, regulated-data controls, access standards, and audit readiness. Additionally, the role requires overseeing the phased rollout and adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise across regions and departments, defining success metrics, tracking adoption and productivity outcomes, and reporting platform performance to senior leadership.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with over 15 years of experience in Engineering, Architecture, or Platform Ownership. A minimum of 8 years in leadership roles with global teams or scope of work is required. Experience in owning and scaling enterprise platforms or products globally, delivering customer GPTs, agents, or enterprise AI solutions, and defining and executing GenAI strategies at scale is essential. The role also demands experience in assessing and advising technology decisions, capabilities, and roadmaps for a global or multi-regional organization, as well as representing platforms to senior and C-suite leadership teams and influencing strategy across business lines. Familiarity with governance, security, legal, and privacy aspects of AI in enterprise environments is crucial.

Experian offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $202,442 to $364,395, along with a bonus plan.
