The Head of Strategic Accounts at Mesh is a pivotal role responsible for driving growth and managing relationships with the company's most significant enterprise clients. This position involves direct collaboration with C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors from leading enterprises, exchanges, wallets, and payment service providers (PSPs) to ensure they derive substantial value from Mesh's offerings and foster long-term partnerships. In this role, the Head of Strategic Accounts will oversee the post-sale relationship for Mesh's highest-value customers. Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of each customer's business, identifying and executing growth opportunities, managing commercial outcomes, and serving as the internal advocate for these clients. The role also entails translating customer needs into product feedback, coordinating cross-functional teams to address complex challenges, and building trusted, long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with over 8 years of managing enterprise customer relationships in fintech or crypto sectors, particularly with strategic accounts. A profound understanding of payment networks, PSP economics, and merchant value chains is essential, along with hands-on experience with stablecoins or crypto. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving commercial outcomes, including renewals, expansions, and negotiations in high-stakes environments, and exhibit exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,000 to $211,600, with compensation adjusted based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
