The Host position at White City House in West London is a key role within the Food & Beverage Front of House team at Soho House. White City House, located in the former BBC headquarters, offers 1960s-style interiors, a state-of-the-art gym, rooftop pool and bar, screening room, and multiple dining options, including Cecconi’s Northern Italian restaurant and the Japanese restaurant Pen Yen. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience.

In this role, your primary responsibilities include managing table bookings, greeting and seating members and guests, and coordinating with the floor team to prepare tables for upcoming reservations. You will also handle the table booking systems and support the floor team as needed to maintain smooth operations. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to ensure members have an enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a busy restaurant environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential. Punctuality, reliability, and a trustworthy nature are highly valued. A sense of urgency and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are crucial. A genuine passion for food and beverage, along with flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts as required, will contribute to success in this role.

Compensation for this position is £15 per hour, plus surplus service charge.
