HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Appier is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Singapore. As a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, Appier is dedicated to transforming AI into tangible business value. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with our global business objectives, collaborating closely with leaders and teams across various functions to foster organizational growth and development.
In this role, the HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, providing guidance on organizational strategies that support business goals. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with leaders and employees, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Learning, and implementing key HR programs and initiatives. The HRBP will also manage complex employee relations cases, develop strategies to bridge capability gaps, support cultural alignment and change management, and enhance employee engagement through innovative HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on business partnering. They should possess excellent organizational skills, experience managing projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform HR decisions are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience supporting regional or multi-country operations is a plus.
