HR Coordinator (12 month FTC)

WPP Media is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our People Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, managing our shared inbox and handling diverse requests. You will coordinate onboarding processes, including verifying eligibility to work in the UK, issuing contracts and new starter packs, and managing reference and DBS checks. Additionally, you will handle core HR administration tasks such as processing contracts, offer letters, probation documentation, staff changes, and leaver procedures. Supporting monthly payroll processes with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring accurate data management within our HRIS are also key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a career in HR, with entry-level experience in an HR environment being advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of data integrity are essential. You should thrive in a fast-changing environment, maintaining professionalism and positivity, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to build effective relationships at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required, and experience with HR systems like Workday is a significant plus.
