HR Data Analyst
BrainRocket is seeking a strategic HR Data Analyst to lead our people analytics initiatives within our dynamic and rapidly growing company. As a global leader in creating end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have established a strong presence in multiple countries, including Serbia. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our HR and leadership teams to optimize recruitment, budgeting, and resource planning through data-driven insights.
In this position, you will conduct comprehensive analyses across the entire employee lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to time-off trends and turnover predictors. You will design, build, and maintain automated, intuitive dashboards to empower stakeholders with real-time insights. Additionally, you will act as a key partner in HR budget execution, supporting leadership with accurate resource forecasting and headcount modeling to ensure intelligent scaling. Maintaining data integrity and consistency across all internal HR systems and integrations will also be a critical aspect of your role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably within an HR or People Operations environment. Expert-level skills in data manipulation, complex modeling, and advanced formulas in Excel are essential. Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and scripting is required, along with a proven ability to build insightful dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI. A strategic mindset is crucial, as you will be expected to translate raw data into business narratives and strategic advice that drive change.
