HR Data Analyst
BrainRocket is seeking a strategic HR Data Analyst to lead our people analytics initiatives within our dynamic and rapidly growing organization. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have expanded our presence to multiple countries, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of over 1,300 professionals is dedicated to innovation and excellence in the tech industry.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive analyses across the entire employee lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to identifying trends in time-off and turnover. You will play a pivotal role in HR budget execution, providing leadership with accurate resource forecasting and headcount modeling to support intelligent scaling. Additionally, you will design, build, and maintain automated dashboards, empowering stakeholders with real-time insights, and ensure data integrity across all internal HR systems and integrations.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in data analytics, preferably within an HR or People Operations environment. Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and advanced formulas, is essential. Strong Python skills for data processing and automation, as well as experience in building dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, are highly desirable. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights is crucial.
