HR Generalist
Avetta is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, the HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment support, and compliance with labor laws. The individual will collaborate closely with department managers to address staffing needs, facilitate onboarding processes, and implement HR policies that align with Avetta's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in an HR generalist role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software systems are essential. Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
