HR Operations & Global Mobility Specialist
Appier is seeking a dedicated HR Operations & Global Mobility Specialist to join our Employee Experience (HR Ops) team. This role is pivotal in transforming HR tasks into high-quality, standardized workflows, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the entire employee lifecycle. The position can be based in the UK, Singapore, Taiwan, or other EMEA locations, reflecting our global presence and commitment to flexibility.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end mobility processes, including work authorization and relocation for international hires and internal transfers. Responsibilities encompass strategic coordination with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal teams to assess feasibility and risks, serving as the primary contact for mobile employees to ensure smooth transitions, and overseeing immigration vendors and service providers to maintain quality and compliance.
Key qualifications include a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Operations, Global Mobility, or International HR, preferably within a fast-paced tech or scaling environment. The role demands high attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin, and proficiency with HRIS and data management. A builder mindset is essential, with a focus on using technology to reduce manual work and enhance operational efficiency.
