HR Operations Specialist
The HR Operations Specialist at Riskified plays a pivotal role in supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR processes, and maintaining accurate internal data. Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Operations & Experience, this position requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual capable of collaborating across teams and geographical areas to enhance the overall employee experience.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and programs. The specialist will facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborate with multiple teams to implement inclusive programs, and drive HR process improvements by evaluating current procedures and recommending enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated analytical and data management skills, superior attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Required qualifications include 2+ years of experience in an HR operations role within a global organization, experience with US benefits and leave processes, and proficiency with HRIS systems. Previous experience working with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and knowledge of US payroll processes are advantageous.
Riskified offers a competitive base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 for this position, applicable to candidates performing the job in New York City.
