Hyperion and APEX Specialist

Experian is seeking a Hyperion and APEX Specialist to join our Finance team. This role involves supporting and enhancing our financial systems, including Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, and APEX applications, to improve efficiency and user adoption across our global operations.

Key responsibilities include understanding business processes related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The specialist will support business users, promote best practices, coordinate regional forums, develop training materials, manage business-as-usual operations, handle end-user security setups, and administer security for Hyperion EPM and APEX applications. Additionally, the role involves developing calculation scripts, executing processes for actuals, planning, and forecast cycles, maintaining hierarchy changes, and supporting assigned projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least five years of experience in Hyperion development and support within a large global organization. Proficiency with Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, APEX, and Hyperion DRM systems is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively with virtual teams and manage multiple stakeholders, are required. Experience with Cloud EPM is desirable, and a willingness to travel when necessary is expected.
