Implementation Engineer, Consent
DataGrail is seeking an Implementation Engineer for its Consent product, which is integral to managing consumer privacy at scale. This role involves working closely with the Customer Success team to deploy and troubleshoot consent experiences across diverse customer environments, ensuring that banners, trackers, and consent logic function correctly on various websites and applications.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues related to banner deployment, cookies, and trackers using browser tools and debugging techniques. The engineer will guide customers through implementations across web and mobile platforms, ensuring configurations are compatible with different architectures. Additionally, the role involves providing technical guidance during customer escalations and contributing to the development of playbooks, documentation, and templates to improve scalability and consistency.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in web implementation or technical support roles, with a solid understanding of JavaScript and browser environments. Experience with tag managers or web tracking tools, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences are essential. Customer-facing experience in a SaaS, agency, or implementation setting is also required.
The position offers a base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 USD, along with equity options.
