Implementation Project Manager
Avetta is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of our SaaS platform for new clients and existing client expansions. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition onto the Avetta platform, serving as a primary representative of the client relationship and an expert on our solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing client implementations, leading kickoff meetings, and ensuring accurate documentation of client configurations and business requirements. The Implementation Project Manager will define and manage project plans, present best practice workflows, and actively engage in the contractor/supplier onboarding process. Additionally, the role involves verifying internal testing, serving as a subject matter expert on implementation processes, and providing product feedback to enhance our offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of project management experience within the software/SaaS industries, with a preference for those holding a Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. A bachelor's degree in a technical or management-related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be accepted. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Jira is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Avetta offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 per year, with potential bonuses.
