Influencer Manager

As an Influencer Manager at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you will ensure that all initiatives are strategically sound and effectively implemented. This position is based in Belgrade, Serbia, and offers a hybrid working model.

Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for clients, participating in meetings to discuss campaign strategies, and building strong, lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction. You will develop comprehensive strategies for influencer campaigns, monitor the local influencer market to identify emerging trends, and conduct competitive analyses to provide well-grounded strategic recommendations. Additionally, you will manage third-party stakeholders, oversee the end-to-end implementation of campaigns, and ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and client expectations.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in influencer marketing or a related field, a strong understanding of the local influencer market and key platforms, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights, and proficiency in creating engaging and strategic media plans are also essential. Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial.
