Innovation Manager - Fintech and Crypto & Digital Assets
Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking an Innovation Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of corporate accounts within our Fintech and Crypto & Digital Assets programs. This role involves serving as the primary strategic advisor for enterprise partners, assisting in defining innovation strategies, facilitating startup collaborations, and ensuring long-term partner satisfaction and retention. The position is based in Sunnyvale, California, and offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of financial technology innovation.
Key responsibilities include managing and growing the enterprise ecosystem by building trust and long-term engagement with corporate partners through regular meetings and proactive executive interactions. The Innovation Manager will lead executive business reviews, deliver tailored content, and identify cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team. Additionally, the role involves conducting discovery sessions to assess partners' strategic goals, advising on market trends, and designing tailored advisory sessions with curated startup introductions.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in consulting, innovation, account management, or customer success, specifically with enterprise clients. A solid understanding of corporate innovation, emerging technology trends, and startup ecosystems is essential, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with comfort engaging both senior executives and early-stage founders.
Compensation for this full-time, on-site position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
