Legal Intern

Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking a Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team. As a global innovation platform headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, we connect startups, corporations, and investors to drive technological advancements across various industries. The Legal Intern will assist in reviewing and summarizing venture capital financing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating portfolio data through regular communication with portfolio companies, conducting legal research on market trends, and supporting the preparation of training materials and presentations. Additionally, the intern will participate in organizing events for the Legal Department and provide general administrative support as needed.

Candidates should be recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A keen interest in the venture capital industry and the legal field is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of understanding complex ideas, and eager to take on new challenges in a collaborative team setting.
